*Do you accept returns?

Yes, We accept returns on all of our items accept lingerie and bathing suits. We have a return policy clearly stated in our store policy section. If you have any further questions about our return policy please feel free to contact us at dwgalf@hotmail.com

*Are all of your items new?

Yes, We only offer new products.

*Are all of your products authentic?

Yes, We only offer for sale 100 percent guaranteed authentic merchandise that we purchase directly from authorized retailers or manufacturers.

*Do you ship overseas?

Yes, We will ship to most countries that USPS allows us to ship to. We will at DW Galfs discretion require that you purchase shipping insurance. There are also some countries we will on ship USPS Express mail.

*How long after I purchase an item will it take for you to ship my package?

We will ship within 24 hours of receiving payment for the item. If you are paying with a personal check or E check we will ship as soon as the payment clears our account.

*Are there any sales tax or additional fees to be paid besides shipping and the price of the item?

Sales taxes are only charged to buyers in the state of Kentucky where we are located. There may be additional custom fees or taxes charged by countries outside of the US. International buyers would need to check with your customs office or proper authorities to find out what customs fees or duties are charged or if there are any additional fees. Most international coutries that we have shipped to will charge extra fees.

*Do you combine shipping charges?

Yes, we will combine shipping charges to same you money as long as we can ship the items together. You will need to finish making your purchases and contact us for the additional charges.

*Do you offer free shipping outside of the US?

We never offer free shipping outside of the US. If we are offering free shipping on an item and you are an international buyer we will reduce the price of the international rate by what it would cost to ship the item in the US.

*Do you accept checks or money orders from outside the US?

No, We only accept payments through paypal from outside of the US.
