PAYMENTS:

  • Payments are due within 24 hours of purchasing an item.
  • We accept payments through PayPal.
  • If you do not have a PayPal account and would like to pay with a major credit card you will be able to do so through the PayPal site. When you click the (Pay Now) button you will be directed to the PayPal site where you have this Payment Option for Non PayPal Members.
  • If you are using an E Check through PayPal your package will be shipped as soon as the funds are deposited in our account, which usually takes a few days to clear.
  • If you need additional time to pay or have any questions please feel free to contact us at dwgalf@hotmail.com.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

  •  International buyers or anyone who resides outside of the U.S. will need to contact us before bidding or purchasing an item for international shipping rates.
  •  Any additional taxes or customs fees that the buyers home country may charge are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

SHIPPING:

  • We ship using USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post or UPS GROUND for shipping in the US.
  • We ship AIRMAIL using USPS Priority mail or USPS Express Mail for international shipping.
  • If you need overnight domestic shipping you will need to email us for rates and we will make arrangements.
  • We ship immediately upon receipt of payment either the same day if possible or the following day as long as the post office is open and payment has been received.
  • We want you to have your item as quickly as possible and we feel you do as well.
  • We do offer combined shipping as long as the items can be shipped in the same box at the same time. Please email us for additional costs which will be minimal depending on the weight of the additional item.
  • Your item will be carefully packaged and shipped with professional care.
  • After your item is shipped you will receive an email from us with the shipping details.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

  • If you are an international buyer you must email us before bidding to obtain shipping charges.
  • When Free shipping is offered it is provided for US customers only, but we will provide the best price and shipping service that is offered for our international customers.
  • We only ship using USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail Internaional which both services provide tracking information. We will not ship USPS first class international which does not provide for tracking information.
  • You will receive an email from us with the shipping information after we ship your package

RETURN POLICY:

  • We will accept a return for shoes under the following conditions:
  • The shoes must be returned in the same new condition within three days after receiving your package.
  • You must inform us before you decide to return them.
  • After three days we do not accept returns.
  • The shoes must be returned in a similar size container. All tags, dust covers, booklets and whatever else was shipped with the shoes must be returned.
  • We do not accept returns on handbags, watches, wallets, lingerie, clothing or outerwear.
  • There will be a nominal 5% restocking fee on all items to cover the high fees and expenses to list an item.
  • There is no restocking fees for exchanges, so if you do decide to return your shoes please check out our store. We have thousands of shoes to choose from.
  • If shoes are returned with scuff marks on the bottom there will be a 30% restocking fee, so we suggest that you try them on inside on carpet.
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded.
